The crystal clear, color-stable material stands out with its homogeneity, low plaque adhesion and low water absorption. Tizian Blank PMMA Splint is an economic alternative for the splint technology. It can be be repaired and extended with PMMA acrylics.

Processing:

Due to the chemical and physical properties of thermoplastic PMMA, there is a risk of melting the material during dry machining and thus smearing the mills. Therefore, it is important to use only single-edged mills. If necessary, the milling strategy must be adjusted with a slower cutting speed and a lower feed rate. The material can be processed by wet machining with PMMA mills in a standard strategy without restrictions.
