It all started with an idea – the idea of putting smiles back on the faces of patients. It is now 50 years since the first documented case: A predecessor of today’s IMPLA implant, developed in 1963 by Mr Kant, was surgically inserted. The system has undergone continuous further development and improvement ever since. This continuity combined with our very high quality standard “made in Germany” make the IMPLA system one of the most sophisticated implant systems in the world.

Cylindrical (Hex Connection) 5.5/13.0 mm, sterile,
Variante:
5,5 mm / 13 mm
Whether it’s the upper or lower jaw, hard or soft bone - the IMPLA cylindrical implant is the answer to the everyday demands of implantology. The basic cylindrical shape is complemented by synchronous threading to the implant shoulder. In the same way, the surface of the cylindrical implant is sanded and etched to the implant shoulder. Alongside very good primary stability, even in cancellous bones, the cylindrical implant design gives you a high degree of flexibility. In particular, the insertion depth can be adapted very quickly by the surgeon. The self-tapping thread reduces the amount of surgery needed. Integrated Platform Switching ensures better preservation of the marginal bone. Benefits: Hex connection for rotation-secure connection between implant and abutment. Special micro-thread with a pitch of 0.8 mm for very high primary stability. Large Bone Lock for easy insertion and increased removal protection. Integrated Platform Switching to improve the soft tissue attachment. Self-tapping thread for a maximum level of surgical flexibility Microstructured, high-purity surface for optimal cell adaptation and safe osseointegration
Cylindrical (Cone Connection) 4.5/6.5 mm, sterile,
Variante:
4,5 mm / 6,5 mm
The conical inner connector Cone Connection integrates the Platform Switching approach convincingly within the ""overall implant concept"", and is aimed at users who do not want to go without the features of an inner cone in their daily work. Micro Retention implant (Cone Connection)
Variante:
3,3 mm / 11,5 mm
Just like its cousin with the Hex Connection, this implant is particularly suitable for use with cancellous upper jaw bones, due to its special micro thread, but it also offers a quick and safe solution in hard bone. The conical inner connector Cone Connection integrates the Platform Switching approach convincingly within the overall implant concept, and is aimed at users who do not want to go without the features of an inner cone in their daily work.
Micro Retention implant (Hex Connection)
Variante:
5,3 mm / 14,5 mm
Our Micro-Retention implant is the result of persistent further development of renowned quality. Its specially conceived micro-thread helps it achieve an exceptional degree of primary stability and therefore, safety, even when the bone situation is not favourable, for example in cancellous upper jaw bones, or in the sinus area with reduced residual bone. You also have the option of working with Platform Switching here. The high precision Hex inner connection with rotation protection guarantees a secure connection between implant and abutment. Benefits: Hex connection for rotation-secure connection between implant and abutment Special micro-thread for very high primary stability Optimised thread design for improved primary stability even in soft bones Integrated Platform Switching to improve the soft tissue attachment Micro-constructed, highly pure surface for optimal cell adaptation and safe osseointegration
Mini Implant balltop 2.5/13.0 mm, sterile,
Variante:
2,5 mm / 13 mm
Just like their two part cousin, the single part implants in the IMPLA Mini range also have a high quality sanded and etched surface. Depending on the clinical case in question, the mini implants are also suitable for transgingival insertion, due to their size and shape. The short drilling protocol reduces the amount of surgery time needed. IMPLA Min implants are an economic alternative to two part implants. Benefits: The Mini balltop is perfectly suited for fixing full prostheses of diameter 2.10 mm ans 2.50 mm, ideal for minimally invasive insertion. Highly pure, sanded and etched surface for safe osseointegration. Self-tapping thread for fast, simple fitting.
Mini Implant conetop, 3.0/9.5 mm, sterile,
Variante:
3 mm / 9,5 mm
Just like their two part cousin, the single part implants in the IMPLA Mini range also have a high quality sanded and etched surface. Depending on the clinical case in question, the mini implants are also suitable for transgingival insertion, due to their size and shape. The short drilling protocol reduces the amount of surgery time needed. IMPLA Min implants are an economic alternative to two part implants. The Mini-conetop is a particularly impressive with bar treatment where space is limited. Benefits: Low 3 mm diameter for a minimally invasive insertion. Highly pure, sanded and etched surface for safe osseointegration. Self-tapping thread for fast, simple fitting.
